Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) to lead our online bidding and IT sales initiatives, with a strong focus on acquiring new clients in untapped markets. You will be responsible for identifying high-value opportunities, crafting winning proposals, and building lasting client relationships — all while representing ITS Inc. as a trusted partner in delivering top-tier digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities via online platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, and PPH.
• Optimize and maintain company profiles across bidding platforms to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
• Prepare tailored, persuasive proposals that address client needs and highlight our unique value.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and emerging opportunities.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and meet or exceed agreed performance goals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
• Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach software, and CRM systems (experience in any CRM is an asset).
• Stay up to date with industry developments, technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of proven success in IT business development and online bidding.
• Strong portfolio of closed deals in international markets, ideally targeting North America and Europe.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of IT services, web and app development, UI/UX, and digital marketing solutions.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently under deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior WordPress / PHP Developer with hands-on expertise across multiple CMS platforms, including Shopify, Webflow, and WordPress. You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and optimizing high-performance websites with a strong focus on speed, security, SEO, and scalability. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
• Convert Figma, PSD, and Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, fully responsive WordPress themes.
• Build and customize WooCommerce stores, including templates, payment gateways, and eCommerce functionality.
• Optimize websites for performance, speed, SEO, and security (Google PageSpeed, GTmetrix).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional experience in WordPress theme and plugin development.
• Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3 (Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS).
• Expert knowledge of WP_Query, hooks (actions/filters), shortcodes, widgets, custom post types, and Gutenberg block development.
• Strong understanding with security best practices, input validation, and escaping techniques.
• Experience with WooCommerce customization and third-party API integrations.
• Skilled in page builders such as Elementor Pro, Gutenberg, and WPBakery.
• Working knowledge of Shopify (Liquid templates, app integration) and Webflow (CMS, animations, responsive design).
• Familiarity with AJAX, WordPress cron jobs, and multisite setups.
• Understanding of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, GTM, and Facebook Pixel integration.
